Il ruolo di receptionist front-desk notturno:
accoglienza e supporto al cliente
check-in / check-out
mansioni ordinarie d'ufficio (rispondere alle chiamate, leggere e rispondere alle e-mail)
inserire le prenotazioni nel sistema software
lingue obbligatorie Italiano e Inglese
Il candidato/a ideale:
nozioni base IT (pacchetto Microsoft Office, Outlook, navigazione internet)
capacità relazionali e comunicative
problem-solving
ottima conoscenza Italiano e Inglese scritto ed orale (ulteriori conoscenze linguistiche sono considerate un valore aggiunto)
