A luxury footwear company based in Florence is seeking a Junior Designer to join their Design team. The ideal candidate will support the entire footwear collection development process, demonstrating creativity and technical skills. Responsibilities include market research, concept development, and technical drawing. A degree in Fashion Design and a minimum of 2 years’ experience are required, along with strong communication skills.

Fluency in Italian is necessary, knowledge of English is a plus.
