Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate - Weekends Preferred
Lowe's Companies, Inc. – Florence, AL
Responsibilities- Provide SMARTtara at all times by following Lowe’s customer‑service policies, earthy procedures and programs.
- Build vendor relationships by directing and checking merchandise resets to meet Lowe’s specifications.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager, communicating project priorities, schedules, and needs such as materials, supplies and time Epoch.
- Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in‑store service to store, market, and corporate leaders.
- Engage with customers when the opportunity arises: understand needs, assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise; respond knowledgeably to questions; walk customers through projects if necessary.
- Operate store equipment as needed, including lifts, order pickers, and other power equipment; use kiosk systems and other technology for inventory and shipping.
- Perform merchandising tasks: rotate stock, build products, display items, maintain signage, and apply planogram and plantogram standards; monitor and replace damaged or missing signage and pricing labels.
- Maintain clean and safe store environment: complete daily safety reviews, remove trash, replace light bulbs, secure aisles and gates, and notify management of hazards.
- Collect and report completion data, including photographs, to confirm servicing completion and maintain accurate records.
- Support additional duties as assigned, including point‑of‑sale signage maintenance and price change updates.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education other than a minimum of 6 months of sales floor experience and 6 months of product merchandising duties.
- Experience operating power equipment such as lifts and order pickers.
- Experience reading planograms or plantograms.
