• Greet customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Ensure all merchandise received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures; keep the backroom organized so merchandise is easily accessible in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, freight processing, etc.
• Fulfill the customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
