Assistant Store Manager - Spencer's
Location: Florence, AL (Regency Square Mall)
Salary: Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 - $15.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
- Manage merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds for periods exceeding 8 hours.
