Shift Supervisor; Part Time

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet performance standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Food service experience preferred.
• Open availability preferred; part‑time schedule.
