Surgical Services at North Alabama Medical Center includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 private Pre‑Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same‑day surgery rooms.

• Current state RN license.
• Minimum two years of experience as a charge nurse with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competence.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred one year of experience;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire.

• Assist the Director of Surgical Services in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services in OR and Endo areas.
• Make workload assignments and oversee patient flow and safety across surgical services.
