Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Medical Surgical Oncology - Nights
Schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am
Location: Florence, Alabama

Surgical Services at North Alabama Medical Center includes 15 surgical suites, 6 Endoscopy Rooms, 6 private Pre-Admission Testing rooms, and 30 same-day surgery rooms. Our team comprises trained surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, surgical technologists, and certified nurse anesthetists dedicated to providing compassionate care from pre-op to discharge.

You will utilize your plan-of-care skills and innovative technology to shape patient outcomes and improve wellbeing.

• Current state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• BLS and ACLS certifications within six months of hire
• Preferred:
  One year of experience

• Provide and coordinate patient care
• Assess, plan, and collaborate on patient needs
• Execute physician orders and supervise interventions
• Advocate for patients, especially when they cannot express themselves
• Ensure positive clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost management
