- Salary: $72,800 – $124,000 annually
- 5+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Valid, clean RN license (no violations)
- Certifications:
NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring - Solid leadership experience in clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols and L&D workflows
- 10+ years in nursing
- Cross-specialty experience:
ICU, ER, or Med-Surg - Proven success in unit performance and staff development
