We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will lead the pursuit and management of group and catering opportunities with a strategic, results‑driven approach. You'll play a key role in maximizing revenue by promoting premium services and tailored enhancements for each client engagement. This position is essential to achieving both individual and team sales targets, while ensuring a smooth transition of business to the operations team for flawless service execution.

• Proactively Seek & Manage: develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive group bookings, events, and corporate partnerships.
• Maximize Revenue: actively identify and suggest enhancements to maximize revenue for the resort. Drive personal and team‑related revenue targets.
• Service Excellence: consistently strive to maintain service excellence and support Renaissance Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and exceeding each client’s expectations.
