Key Responsibilities- Be the Heart of Hospitality:
Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a positive first impression. - Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Handle dining reservations efficiently, providing guests with accurate and timely information regarding availability and wait times. - Embrace Team Spirit:
Be flexible and willing to assist in other positions, such as food runner or dining room attendant, as needed to support the team and ensure a seamless guest experience. - Be a Key Assistant:
Serve guests attentively, ensuring their needs are met promptly and their preferences are respected throughout their dining experience.
