- The Orthopaedic Center

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adequate staffing to cover patient census.
• Update performance reviews at scheduled intervals, approve time cards, verify hours worked/time off taken.
• Collaborate with Therapy Director and Office Manager to hire therapists, scheduling staff, and aide positions in certain locations.
• Order supplies for the clinic or work with the supply department to ensure coverage for wound care, cleaning, and general office supplies.
• Address employee or patient matters on site as they arise; work closely with HR and the Director of Therapy when more action is required.

• Degree from an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Alabama.
• CPR Certified.
• Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully; frequent use of forceful exertion during treatment.
• Frequent moving, pushing, pulling of heavy patients and/or equipment; constant standing and walking.
• Must be agile and able to work efficiently in space-limited areas; consistently work at a productive pace.
• Must readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes.
• Capable of directing staff to ensure an engaging environment for staff and patients that aligns with the goals and mission of TOC.
• Ability to work under pressure; outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills; independent and highly motivated; initiative and self-discipline; proven positive, teamwork attitude in work history.

Required

Education:

Physical or Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Required License/Certification:
Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Alabama.
