Neurological Surgery Specialist

Required Skills:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) accredited by relevant health authorities
  • Active medical license and board certification in Neurological Surgery
  • Proven experience performing complex neurosurgical procedures
  • Exceptional surgical skills with precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Strong communication skills for patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Familiarity with current neurosurgical technologies and techniques
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stakes environments
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with minimally invasive neurosurgical procedures
  • Research background or publications in neurosurgery
  • Advanced certifications or training in neuroimaging or intraoperative monitoring
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Completion of an accredited neurosurgery residency program
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in neurosurgery
  • Active involvement in professional neurosurgical associations
Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start on or after 05/07/2026
  • Willingness to participate in continuous professional development
  • Knowledge of and compliance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws
  • Ability to travel as required for conferences or specialized procedures
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
Compensation for this role starts at an hourly rate of $1.00.
