• Employment Model:
  • 3‑year employment agreement with partnership buy‑in option after Year 3.
• Schedule & Call:
  • 4‑day clinic week (M‑F, with 1 weekday off) or 5‑day option.
  • Shared call (6‑9×/month, rotating daily 7A‑7A).
  • Weekend call split (Fri/Sun or Sat; Fri/Sun call = Monday off).
  • Saturday clinic (8‑10:30/11 AM, staffed by on‑call physician).
• Practice Details:
  • Team‑based group practice
  • Average daily patient volume: 20‑30 (10‑min sick visits, 20‑min well checks).
  • Hospital coverage: Level III special care nursery (32+ weeks, CPAP/ventilator capability), pediatric floor rounds, high‑risk deliveries.
  • Support staff: 2 NPs (expanding to
    3), RNs/LPNs for triage/vaccines, in‑house labs/X‑ray.
• EMR: Next Gen.
• New graduates welcome to apply – strong support staff and physician mentorship available.
• J‑1 waiver support (Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS).
