Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role based in Florence, AL for a Client Relations Specialist. The Client Relations Specialist will manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide ongoing support and communication to meet clients’ needs. The specialist will focus on maintaining long‑term relationships, addressing client concerns, and coordinating with various insurance carriers to deliver tailored solutions. Attention to detail, professionalism, and responsive communication will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Proficiency in client relations, customer support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industries is an advantage
