As a Move Driver/Team Lead for College Hunks Moving
, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.

PART TIME or FULL TIME AVAILABLE

• Look, act and become a friendly College H.U.N.K.S. – starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact).
• Educate clients about pricing, services and the benefits of College H.U.N.K.S., ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Care of handling clients belongings.
• Safely operating trucks and equipment.
• Hitting revenue goals and benchmarks.
• Make sure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc.).
• Prevent careless and costly mistakes, including damage, injury, unhappy clients, equipment loss, etc.

• Be Hard Working and Enjoy Physical Labor
• Excel in a Position of Independence and Responsibility
• Possess Fine Attention to Detail
• MUST have Chauffeur's License and DOT Physical Card

Excellent earning potential including hourly pay plus tips.

$17 per hour for EXPERIENCED Move Driver

$250 signing bonus after 90 days with no absences or work related issues.

$0.50 raise every 6 months with positive performance review.
