CDL Class A Regional Driver - CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent driving school graduates, to operate 53' dry van trailers on a Great Lakes regional account. This position involves 100% no-touch freight and provides a structured training program for new drivers. Candidates with limited experience will complete an OTR training period with a trainer before transitioning to regional runs.

• Estimated weekly pay: $1,100–$1,500 (varies by experience and miles)
• Pay per mile: $0.56–$0.64 depending on experience
• Trainee pay: $650 per week for 4–6 weeks of OTR training (for drivers with under 6 months’ experience)
• Stop pay: $15 per stop
• Monthly bonus: $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles in the month, maintain no accidents, and achieve fuel economy of 7 MPG
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

• Operating lane:
  Great Lakes regional area
• Equipment: 53' dry van; 100% no-touch freight
• Training: OTR with a trainer for 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience
• Schedule:
  
  Biweekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset; drivers must be available for day or night driving
• Typical weekly miles: 1,700–2,000 miles

• Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduated from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) or equivalent training
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs within the last 5 years
• No felonies or misdemeanors within the last 10 years
• Cannot have been terminated from last job
• Solid 10-year work history with no major gaps outside of school or training; minimum 6 months of employment in the last year and at least 1 year in the last 3 years
• Must be able to pass both urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
