Greet and assist customers and promote products; actively promotes company products and services;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems and pick/pack orders; complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in; assist with stock organization and stock area maintenance;
Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory process;
Maintain performance standards for omnichannel, customer service, productivity, and attendance
