Senior Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's

Hourly rate ranges from ​$17.73 – $17.98 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Position is full‑time, up to 38 hours per week.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Develop staff and control expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
• Control shrinkage and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day.
