Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Help members with their purchases and ensure the parking lot is well‑kept.
• Assist members in loading their vehicles and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Support members throughout the club and create a great member experience.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately, rain or shine, sleet or snow.
• Work in fast‑paced environments.
• Problem‑solve obstacles to ensure each task is completed with excellence.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and notify members of delays.
• Inform members when products are unavailable and offer alternatives.
• Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, payments, and processing transactions using cash registers.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions.
• Keep area clean, neat, and member‑ready.
