Are you an experienced RN looking to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives through one‑on‑one care? Bright Star Care of Lansing, MI, is seeking a skilled Infusion Nurse to join our team on a part time/per diem basis. In this role, you'll deliver specialized infusion therapy and patient education directly in the comfort of their homes. • Home visits:
  Provide specialty and core drug infusions, including IVIG and Remicade.
• Peripheral IV management:
  Perform IV placement and maintenance.
• Central line maintenance:
  Manage central lines effectively.
• Training:
  Educate patients on injections, line maintenance, and self‑administered infusions.
• Care coordination:
  Collaborate with physicians and pharmacies to ensure optimal patient care.
• Plan of care:
  Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans.

• Licensure:
  Must hold a current unrestricted RN license in Michigan and valid CPR.
• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in home healthcare visits is required.
• Vaccination:
  Recommended vaccinated against COVID‑19 but not mandated.
• Skills:
  
  Experience with peripheral IV starts/maintenance, IV infusion therapy, injection and self‑infusion training, phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients, and CVAD knowledge.
• Transportation:
  Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.
• Background:
  Clean background and urine drug screen.
• Compliance:
  Must adhere to regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and client confidentiality.
