Nurse Practitioner

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner position located in Flint, MI. The Nurse Practitioner will provide quality patient care, including conducting health assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and managing ongoing care plans. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and their families about health and wellness, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

The Nurse Practitioner will play a critical role in delivering personalized healthcare and promoting patient health.

• Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing accurate patient records and documentation
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan
• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related field is a plus
