• Executing post-harvest processes including cutting, bucking, trimming, drying, curing, and packaging
• Monitoring dry and cure rooms to ensure proper environmental conditions
• Accurately weighing, sorting, and labeling harvested material
• Converting METRC harvests into finished inventory and maintaining accurate data entry
• Creating and managing package tags and internal inventory tracking
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of post-harvest work spaces
• Following SOPs and compliance requirements at all times
• Assisting with audits, inventory counts, and quality control checks

• Previous post-harvest or processing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of METRC required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability
