Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and discreet Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations for one of our valued partners. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in an administrative environment, values confidentiality, and enjoys keeping people and processes running smoothly.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department
• Maintain and manage confidential employee records with discretion and accuracy
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance tracking
• Support scheduling, filing, and HR reporting requirements
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines consistently
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and leadership

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Strong administrative, clerical, and organizational skills
• Excellent time-management and task-completion abilities
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Professional communication and attention to detail
