As our Front Office Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest satisfaction. A leader who will guide and motivate the front office team to create unforgettable experiences.

We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, has outstanding conversational skills and enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations with guests. They remain calm and confident in challenging situations, turning them into opportunities to deliver exceptional service. They are a self-starter with an even, positive disposition and communicate clearly and effectively with guests.

They are always willing to pitch in and support coworkers with their Crescent job duties, embracing a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration. Does this sound like you?
