Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Program Assistant Manager to support leadership, staff, and residents in a care-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in care settings who is ready to grow into leadership while maintaining compassion, professionalism, and accountability.

• Support day-to-day program operations and leadership initiatives
• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with management and staff
• Advocate for and uphold resident rights at all times
• Utilize internal communication tools and documentation systems effectively
• Assist with oversight of staff performance and program standards
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by licensed clinical and leadership professionals

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
• 1+ year of care home or residential program experience (recommended)
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience (recommended)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining accountability
