We are seeking a fully licensed Master’s Social Worker to provide clinical and case management services across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role requires strong skills in individual psychotherapy, experience in inpatient care, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. The social worker will conduct crisis and emergency interventions.

- Provide individual psychotherapy and case management for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Coordinate care across settings and connect patients to community resources
- Completes all necessary paperwork thoroughly, accurately, and promptly, as specified by the Service’s operating procedure, also defined by insurers, HIPAA, MDHHS, NASW standards for clinical social work, MI Mental and Public Health Codes, and best practice
- Completes required documentation for record keeping and reimbursement according to the Service’s operating procedures
- Maintain documentation and adhere to hospital policies and evidence-based practice standards
- Initiates and participates in team interdisciplinary communication
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and other professionals
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, and supportive therapy staff
- Exercises independent judgment but utilizes appropriate consultation when indicated

Qualifications- Ability to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
- Master’s degree from an approved school of social work (accredited by the Council of Social Work Education) is required
- Must have active LCSW license
- One year of social work in a health care setting is required
- Experience in inpatient behavioral health and substance use preferred
- Strong individual psychotherapy skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer tasks
- Comfortable collaborating in multidisciplinary teams
- Communicates effectively and accurately, verbally and in writing
