Sr. Net Revenue Analyst (Permanent | Days)
Salary: $80,000 – $105,000/year (based on education & experience)
About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support cost reporting, reimbursement analysis, and net revenue forecasting for healthcare operations. This role plays a critical part in financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities- Prepare & review Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost report schedules
- Analyze year-over-year third-party cost report variances
- Develop and maintain monthly contractual allowance models
- Perform monthly reserve analysis and report variances
- Support net revenue budgeting and fiscal projections
- Monitor reimbursement regulation changes and assess financial impact
- Coordinate data and schedules for audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – REQUIRED
- 3+ years in reimbursement or finance with reimbursement responsibility (IN USA) – REQUIRED
- Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting experience – REQUIRED
