Middle School Math Teacher-Part Time

Holy Rosary Catholic School in Flint, Michigan, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our vibrant academic community part-time/3 hours a day. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive homeroom environment.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborating positively and supportively with school administration, faculty, staff and parents to maximize students' spiritual, intellectual, social and physical formation.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in a middle school setting.
• Knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to supporting the school's mission and values.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
