We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Third Grade Teacher to join our team at our school in Flint, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education and a love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of all students
- Provide a nurturing and supportive classroom environment
- Assess student progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning community
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in Michigan
- Previous experience working with elementary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential
