K-3 Student Success Technician; Edustaff

The K-3 Student Success Technician (Edustaff Employee) role at Grand Blanc Community Schools supports students by providing academic, behavioral, and attendance interventions to enhance classroom learning. They work closely with teachers to manage behaviors, assist with reading interventions, and implement multi-tiered systems of support. Using positive behavior strategies and restorative practices, they help create a supportive and engaging school environment.

• Provide academic, behavioral, and attendance interventions to support student success.
• Collaborate with teachers to manage behaviors and support reading interventions.
• Assist with implementing multi-tiered systems of support and restorative practices to create a positive school climate.

• Salary: $24.00 per hour (no benefits or holiday pay).
• Hours:
  
  30 hours/week.
• Days: 183 days.
• Position employed through Edustaff.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Associate’s Degree required.

• Job related experience preferred. Experience in an urban district is preferred.
