• Board Certification:
  Required. Only board-certified OB/GYNs will be considered; board-eligible candidates will not be accepted.
• State License:
  Michigan. A valid Michigan medical license and CSR are required at the time of submission. IMLC candidates will not be considered.
• Additional Certifications: BLS is required.
