Wage & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $20 - $33 per hour (equals or exceeds the applicable minimum wage)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Front End Service Associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and handle financial transactions. The role requires standing for extended periods and a readiness to assist with customer inquiries.
