Senior Level Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Artist

Summary: The Graphic Designer/Motion Graphic Artist will support a fast-moving cannabis dispensary that produces new content on a daily basis. It’s estimated that ~50% of the content consists of updating banners on social media platforms for daily promotions, while the remaining 50% will be involved in producing motion graphics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media content, websites, and advertisements.
• Create a high volume of content for daily postings for menu updates and banner updates on multiple platforms
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
• Provide design support for presentations, events, and other company initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software, and tools to continually improve design quality.

Key

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to juggle between different brands while remaining faithful to each brand’s visual style guidelines
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms such as Instagram.
• Fluency in English writing and speaking.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn a new industry.
• Able to multi-task and support a fast-moving business with tight deadlines.

Hours:

Monday – Friday in one single shift, 3:00 AM EST – 12:00 EST. Note this is +12 Philippine time, which will be 3:00 PM PHT – 12:00 AM.
