Lead National Revenue GrowthTGI Direct, Inc. is expanding its national presence in digital marketing and multichannel communication services.
We are building a disciplined, high-performance enterprise sales organization focused on measurable growth, pipeline integrity, and long-term client partnerships.
The National Sales Manager will lead this expansion — owning revenue performance, coaching full-cycle sales professionals, and driving accountable execution across a national territory.
This is a KPI-driven leadership role.

Because many of our clients and internal stakeholders operate on Eastern Time, candidates must be able to maintain regular availability during standard East Coast business hours.
Periodic travel for client meetings, team alignment, and strategic planning may be required.
Compensation$70,000 + Monthly and Quarterly Bonuses
Core Revenue KPThe National Sales Manager will be accountable for:
- Forecast Accuracy (variance within defined tolerance)
- Average Deal Size Growth
- Win Rate Improvement
- Individual Rep Performance Metrics
Performance expectations are transparent, measurable, and consistently reviewed.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and develop enterprise sales representatives
- Establish clear revenue targets and KPI scorecards
- Lead structured weekly pipeline and forecast reviews
- Drive CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Coach consultative, solution-based selling
- Identify performance gaps and implement development plans
- Align sales strategy with digital growth initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful execution
- 7+ years of B2B solutions sales experience
- 3+ years of direct sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams that meet or exceed revenue goals
- Strong coaching and accountability mindset
- Experience in digital marketing services, customer communication management, or regulated industries preferred
