- Listen actively to customer concerns and accurately translate them into repair orders for technicians.
- Provide clear, detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and time frames.
- Build trust and rapport with customers by offering honest advice and exceptional service.
- Schedule appointments and manage the flow of vehicles through the service department.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any lingering questions.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and general computer applications.
