Fully qualified electrician,
Recent experience within social housing.
Previous experience, producing a high standard of work in both tenanted and void properties.
A wide knowledge base is essential and the candidate will need to have excellent testing and diagnostic skills and able to trace and rectify faults within domestic properties including repairs to various types of central heating systems
