Production Operative Flint | £12.21 per hour | £17.09 per hour overtime | Full-time or Flexible / Ad-hoc | Days or Nights Available Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client in Flint.

This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking either regular full-time work or flexible shifts to fit around their lifestyle.

Key Duties Pack products carefully and efficiently.

Operate and monitor the production line.

Move pallets and materials to maintain smooth operations.

Remove products from the line, preparing them for the next stage of production.

Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.

What We Offer £12.21 per hour, £17.09 overtime Days: 7am - 7pm.

Nights: 7pm - 7am.

Extra holiday allowance from day one.

Overtime pay after 42 hours.
