Cover Supervisor

Location: Secondary School, FlintContract: Regular Supply DaysPart time hours and days availablePay: £100-110 a day dependant on experience

We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply and short-term basis across a range of secondary schools.

This role is ideal for confident individuals who can step into the classroom at short notice, maintain strong behaviour standards, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

The Role

• Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-set lesson plans
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Ensuring students remain on task and complete work set by the teacher
• Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson/day
• Adapting confidently to different school settings and expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence managing behaviour
• Experience working at secondary school level
• Reliability, flexibility, and a professional attitude
• Ability to work on short notice and in varied school environments
