The Exercise Coach is seeking an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer to deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all age groups. Duties include conducting initial consultations, leading individual and small-group exercise sessions, tracking fitness results for clients, selling monthly and package sessions, scheduling and educating clients, and tracking studio metrics such as lead flow, conversion, retention and client satisfaction.

The Exercise Coach®, a hi-tech fitness and health studio, is adding a Strength Personal Trainer in the Flemington studio.

Personal fitness experience is required and training for The Exercise Coach isokinetic methodology will be provided. The ideal candidate is passionate about good health, is people-oriented, and enjoys one-on-one conversations and building relationships. This is a growing studio. We are looking for a coach with flexible hours to support a M-F operation and part time hours on Saturday. Both full and part time positions available.

Setting us apart from the conventional health club/gym environment, The Exercise Coach® is very professional and distraction-free; offering clients what would be more accurately described as science-based exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment.

The Exercise Coach® specializes in one-on-one and semi-private personal coaching using innovative, high-tech, and proprietary equipment. We specialize in overall strength, soon-to-be stretch & balance, and brain health. Our clients transform the way they age through meaningful, quantitative results that matter to overall health in just two 20-minute sessions per week.

You will provide fitness solutions for those who are busy, those who don’t like the gym scene, those who are not exercise enthusiasts, those who are afraid of getting hurt, or those who have previous injuries.

All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.

  BS in Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology, preferred
• AED CPR certification is required
