• Assist staff in running youth baseball tournaments at a top‑tier facility.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong communication skills, initiative, and high energy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends as business demands.
• Passion for sports.

• Background in Baseball or Softball (playing, coaching, or working).

• Regular lifting of heavy items weighing 20 pounds or more.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including extreme heat or cold.
