We're looking for a full-time HVAC Installation Crew Leader to take charge of heating and cooling projects, train apprentices, and ensure exceptional service. Along with competitive pay of $60,000-$80,000 per year

As an HVAC Installation Crew Leader, you start your day by reviewing project details, ensuring your crew has the tools and materials needed for the job. You lead the heating and cooling team through residential and light commercial HVAC system installations, making sure every step meets industry standards. You train apprentices on techniques, troubleshoot challenges, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

As the job site leader, you delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and leave each worksite clean and professionally completed.

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Proficiency in soldering techniques
• NATE Certification

This is a full-time position with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!
