Air Professionals Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a full‑time HVAC Installer - Installation Manager to take charge of our installation department in Flemington, NJ!

Schedule:
You’ll work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until the job is complete), with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:As our HVAC Installer - Installation Manager, you’ll guide and mentor a top‑tier HVAC installation team, ensuring high‑quality, efficient, and safe installations. You’ll start your day preparing crews, troubleshooting challenges, and working alongside your team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Qualifications:- HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
- Ability to work hands‑on in the field while overseeing projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Clean driving record
Prior supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry is a plus!
