• Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, and tour books
• Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes
• Act as backup in cashiering, tag & title, and IDEMIA services as needed

• Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Basic geography knowledge beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings
• Ability to obtain necessary membership license as required
