Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales)

Location: 146-Rt 31, Flemington, NJ 08822
CompensationMonday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (37.5 hour work week)

- Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, and tour books
- Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak volumes
- Act as backup in cashiering, tag & title, and IDEMIA services as needed
- Previous sales and customer service experience, with an ability to drive results and exceed expectations
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Basic geography knowledge beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screenings, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary membership license as required
