Minimum Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for communication and comprehension.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts, and ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work with various produce without adverse reactions to substances.
• Friendly customer interaction and cooperative teamwork.
• Adherence to work schedules and attendance policies.
• 18 or older to operate certain machinery.

• Providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Promoting current charitable promotions.
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe environment.
• Being knowledgeable about produce varieties, including their taste, seasonality, preparation, and price differences.
• Following procedures for receiving, coding, storing, and restocking products to maintain quality and freshness.
• Meeting sanitation standards, including routine cleaning tasks.
• Operating equipment like balers and compactors, adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Ensuring displays are stocked and attractively presented.
• Handling damaged goods per company policy and maintaining temperature control.
• Adhering to Country of Origin Label regulations and company shrink guidelines.
• Following the HAZCOM program for the safe use of chemicals.
• Regularly checking and reporting equipment performance.
• Complying with dress and grooming standards, including wearing a uniform and safety gear.
• Completing department training programs and following company service priorities.
• Standing for entire shifts and working overtime as needed.
