Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• Following directives from the clinical team and oversight by a registered nurse
• Adhering to the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

• Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
• Physical within the last three years
• PPD test or Chest X-Ray
• Valid BLS CPR certification (obtained in person)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train

Salary: $66,560 - $72,800 per year
