We are seeking experienced and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Operating Room team for a 13-week contract. This position offers a structured schedule with no weekend or on-call requirements, allowing for work-life balance. As an OR RN, you will play a critical role in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the Operating Room with a focus on surgical procedures for adult patients.
• Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating in various surgical cases.

• Assist in surgical procedures by scrubbing and circulating, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, including equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patients during surgery, administering medications and fluids as directed.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other staff, to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with hospital protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and provide post-operative care as needed.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative assessments and patient education.

• Experience:
  Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience; must be able to scrub and circulate.
• Licensure:
  Active New Jersey RN License (must be in hand at time of submission).
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required; CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) preferred but not required.
• Commitment: 13-week contract with a schedule of 4x10s (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM); no weekends or on-call required.
