Med Surg Tele RN Float Pool
Provides adaptable nursing care across medical surgical and telemetry units. Supports diverse patient populations and fills staffing needs throughout the hospital.
Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence based med surg care

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage continuous telemetry when assigned

• Administer medications and manage complex patient conditions across multiple units

• Adapt quickly to varying workflows and documentation requirements

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe patient care and unit coverage
Requirements:

• Active state RN license or compact license if applicable

• Minimum two years of Med Surg or Telemetry RN experience
