Part‑Time Relationship Specialist (HR Generalist) – Affinity Federal Credit Union

Affinity FCU is seeking a Part‑Time Relationship Specialist to join our team of professionals at our branch location in Piscataway, NJ.

Pay range: $21–$23 per hour (dependent on experience, education and other qualifying factors).

• Build member relationships by providing exceptional financial support and advice through a consultative and educational approach.
• Open new accounts and enroll new members during the initial consultation.
• Process applications, resolve complex member issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction with current products and services.
• Inquire about future member needs to increase engagement and support corporate objectives.
• Maintain and grow member engagement within the community.
• Stay technologically savvy, especially regarding self‑service options, and keep abreast of evolving consumer needs and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales/customer service experience essential.
• Banking experience helpful but not required.
• Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, desired.
• Adaptability to new or non‑traditional environments and a commitment to community engagement.
• Technologically savvy with a focus on self‑service options.
