Position Summary
Accountable for assisting consumers in the Involuntary Outpatient Commitment program, including coordinating patient care, providing psycho-education, linking to treatment and other services & entitlements. Works collaboratively with Emergency Services staff, Central, psychiatry, the court system, and the state system of care. Supports the mission, values, and philosophy of HMC.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent
Minimum Years of Experience
Required: Personal experience with mental health issues
License, Registry, or Certification
Required: Valid Driver's License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Computer literate and skilled in customer service.
